BJP Dream team 2010
BJP Dream team 2010 – Focus on Urban Upper caste, youth and women electorate
BJP President Nitin Gadkari announced his new team for the BJP. Although sources say the leaders selected by Gadkari are not the Dream Team of the BJP's parent body, the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS). The composition is primarily addressing the core vote bank of BJP that Congress has attracted through Rahul Gandhi’s urban youth appeal. Secondly, BJP is going back to its traditional favorite section of upper caste and backward consolidation keeping in view the limited scope of attracting certain backwards classes like Yadav’s and Schedule caste community due to overwhelming presence of Mulayam / Laloo Yadav and Mayawati leadership in respective domain. BJP is focused on getting the basics right by addressing the core segment to consolidate itself in the Hindi heartland rather than letting Congress to strengthen further with Rahul’s charisma.

Mumbai Seize - a national shame-Do we care?
By Arvind Lavakare
Hang your heads in shame, my countrymen. Do it because a dozen-odd terrorists traveled 500 nautical miles of the Arabian sea from Karachi to Mumbai’s Gateway of India, just opposite the grandiose Taj Mahal Hotel and proceeded to humble the city of 16.4 million into utter helpless ness for over 48 hours even as over 125 civilians and some distinguished professional security men lost their lives to the hand grenades and rifle bullets of a fanatical mindset. It was a humiliation worse than the drubbing the Chinese army gave us in 1961.
